The guys got a water-flooded engine. He should worry about the gunshot wound before worrying about the broken arm. A wear ring won't help his boat if he doesn't have an engine.

My boat has been in storage for 2 years due to my addiction to work. 2 Weeks ago I rolled it out the garage, flushed the engine, and decided to flood the engine on accident. I then for 10 hours worked on getting all the water out (long story, pain in the butt).

Today, I took the boat out and could not get the boat above 10mph w RPM's over 4000. Occasionally, I would floor in forward and the boat would bog/try to die.

On a few occasions tried to start the engine and had a beep and flashing engine on the cluster.

Any suggestions where to start?

yes we can read.....see above quote
yes flooded engine, says how and why......
also says classic cavitation, cause could be a few things, most likely wear ring. you can see grooves in the pictures. (it doent take much wear to go from running to cavitation).
sammyg101 is asking questions, i like yourself and others are offering opinions from our own experiences, so its up to sammyg101 to sort though whats fits in with him and what he knows. i cant cant see why you wouldnt take the pump off while you are sorting the flooded engine problem.
being stored for two years, i certainly would like check the pump, bearing and wear ring out before going out and enjoying the season.

Hands down, solve the water in engine NOW. If not, it WILL cost you an engine. You need to remove the plugs, crank the engine, get the water out. Change the oil and filter. It will probably take 4 oil changes and 2 or 3 filter changes. If you don't do this, nothing else will matter. Once you get it running, you need to launch the boat and take it for a 30 minute ride. Then recheck the oil condition.

The one time I experienced severe cavitation with my 2009 180SE - it would not go even 10 MPH no matter how high I revved it. (turns out just a stick got by the grate into the jet cylinder).
Sounds like you may have more than one problem - new wear ring is no doubt a good thing even if it is not the main problem - it seems to me that if it worked normally 2 years ago, wear ring wear should not suddenly become a problem. However it does sound like cavitation is one of your problems - I am not familiar with carbon seal problems but that may be it re. the cavitation part.
