Hey,
Just a quick question for everyone on here. I have a 2008 230 Wake. Looking to replace it this comming spring with something new. Does anyone have any actual pictures of the upcomming 2011 230's or know if the fit and finish on the 2011's is any better than past years?
I would like to see some actual pictures of the new 2011 before I go an commit.
Thanks,
SC

Just thought about your question and you probably meant pictures other than those on the website and brochures. oops!

I replied yesterday with links to more pictures but it seems the moderator dis-approved of that post because it still hasn't shown up. Attached is a picture I took of a 2011 230 Challenger SE w/ 510hp option.

You guys like the windshields on these new 'Doos? I personally don't and would buy a Bayliner before I bought a 'Doo with a windshield. :D

i dont think the windshield looks bad, just different. In the pics on the sales brochure, I think the tower looks odd though. doesnt really fit the curves of the boat.

I agree with you on the tower. This was one of the reasons we went with a 2010 210 Wake rather than waiting for the 2011. First of all we didn't care for the "look" of the 2011 tower as it doesn't follow the lines of the boat like the 2010 tower does. Second, while collapsing the new tower is easier when collapsed it sits on top of the windshield making the overall total height of the boat 8'0" on the trailer. A standard garage is also 8'0" feet so it will not clear. The 2010 tower collapsed overall height on the trailer is 7'3" since the tower folds back towards the transom allowing it to clear a standard garage.
