So I took out the plugs since I thought it was hydrolock, turned it over and water shot out of the cylinders so now I gotta figure out why the water is getting in there.

Okay.......past time to start from the beginning.

Exactly why did you think it was hydro-locked in the first place?

Nuthin in the opening and subsequent posts even hinted that you've hooked up a hose. Nuthin said about ski shutting down before it was put up for the the next two years. Was the ski subject to freezing temps? W/o running, a leaky intercooler ain't gonna drop enough "water" to shoot out of the cylinders.

No offense here...but I hate having a discussion/debate w/o all the facts present from the beginning.

...reminds me too much of arguing with the wife.

I'm out.

I was thinking that maybe something was left out.

Engine on, water on, water off, engine off. It HAS to be done this way to prevent the issue you are having.

yep, 4 beeps after just sitting there. And yes battery is good. So I did some more checking.
1. I swapped the diode next to the relay fuse box and its ok. But right after that it actually started but only for a few seconds. Tried to start it and nothing.
Pulled the DESS out, waited for a few seconds and plugged back in. Tried to start and it did but only for a few seconds again. This went on for about 15 starts then it had a hard time turning over and eventually I just get the starter to try and turn the engine but it cant.
Anyway that's the latest update

Can you detail on the diode swap ? where did you purchase and oes it have a part number ?

I actually found it, it's the part number 953 on the 08 RXT electrical harness 1 fiche.
Has anyone else replaced this plug, or tried to start with the plug off? I can imagine how the stealership can incite one to purchase a new set of harness when replacing this plug suffice.
