:hurray::hurray:Greeting!! I am going to attempt to replace the handlebar cover with the PRO Vinyl Sea-Doo Handlebar cover (BlackTip Jetsports type) and was wondering whether or not some one has done this already and if so, how do I go about removing the original cover? I removed the three screws underneath and the cover still requires more force than what I want to apply. The manual doesn't explain how to remove the cover and I did a search with negative results. Your thoughts, suggestions, and instructions are greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Delay my last, I figured it out through trial and error. The end results, the cover fit perfect and it looks pretty nice.

The hardest part was getting the release tabs free to remove the upper and lower steering cover. The foam which the handlebar cover wrap around wasn't in the best of shape, hopefully the heat will create more of a perfect fit, if not I probably will replace it.

Hmm, I hadn't thought about using a heat gun. Thanks for the suggestion. The only other mod I want is the finger throttle lever. Once again, thanks for chiming in!

Well, I tried the heat gun....no luck there. I tried adding additional foam and that did not turn out to good. This particular cover is two pieces stitched together and that's why it looks the way it does. I decided to leave "as is" for now. My co-worker does fabric upholstering and I will question him about fabricating another piece using the original cover as a reference. I just need to come up with my own Sea Doo Logo:willy_nilly:

Problem solved, WCSS customer service replaced the previous ordered cover with another and that one fits correctly.
