I am running into a weird issue where all my gauges and motor works but none of the 12V accessories work. This includes blower, ICS, 12V accessory plug, etc. It's as if 1/2 the electrical system is down. Horn and lights work.

It seems to be intermittent. I checked the fuses visually and will use a multi tester later to confirm.

Any ideas?

Did you ever figure out what caused your problem, I'm having the exact same issue

Does the Utopia have a house breaker inside the back of the battery switch like the newer challengers? If so check there...if it has one it's hidden in that box.

Sorry about the late response but at least you're getting one. I haven't had a single answer to any of the topics I posted :)

So yes I did and it's bad news. The Twin Engine Interface (New part# 204471262) is starting to fail. You can test it by tracing voltages from the interface to see if it is giving 12V power to the equipment that is problematic.

The worst part is that the controller can fail gradually as the internal traces break. This is a known issue with Sea Doo boats. And there's more bad news. The part is about $950 USD AND discontinued. It is also encapsulated in Epoxy making it nearly impossible to repair.

That being said, I was able to find it in stock at Sea-Doo Canada and had it within 2 days. I will attempt to de-pot my old unit and repair it. If I succeed I MAY offer a repair service but it will be expensive.

I suggest you confirm if that is the issue and grab one while you can. Do not buy a used one because you have no idea how old it is and if the same issue will creep up on you.

If you can't find a new one state side, let me know and I will see if my local dealer will ship. You will probably save some money because it is $1,100 CAD = $820 USD plus shipping.

Let me know if you have any more questions, I will do my best to answer.

Do you mean the battery disconnect? Yes but that's not the issue in this case.

Thanks for the reply modmike, it looks like I'm having to replace the interface also.

DID you check the 20A Fuses Right behind the battery disconnect?.. I kniow the 2 strokes have 3... I think yours only 2.. but one handles the accessories.

I posted in another thread but that was my issue.

Unfortunately I listened to a mechanic I trusted and bought a new twin engine interface I did not need. The dealer may take it back so I may be ok.

It turned out to be one of the two 20 amp fuses behind the battery cut off switch.

If your gauges are out, check out the 20 amp fuses in each of your engines ECUs. There are fuses in each one dedicated to the gauges.

I figured out my problem today, my weedless system was Jamed and trying to zero itself when i turned the power on. The main fuse was blown along with a couple fuses in the interface. The day it happened my daughter thought it was a good idea to hit all the switches (uggg i found out after) thanks for every ones input and help
