Hey All,

Just wanted to get some advise on a recurring issue. I recently had an OEM wear replaced by an OEM ring. Also had the original OEM impeller replaced by Solas Impeller (SR-CD-11/19). Since this replacement it seems like the engine requires a higher RPM to rum at the same speed it used to. Also, the engine seems to be a lot louder as if its running harder to achieve the same speed. I thought it might be the pitch of the impeller or cavitation issues. I took it back to the shop, the repair man now tells me that it could be a problem in the fuel injection system rather than the Jet drive. Is that possible? or should i take my boat elsewhere. I have had my old impeller repaired by to OEM specs, should i just put the old impeller back on? Thanks for any help
