2006 RTX 4 Tech wont run but 5 minutes????

I have a 2006 RTX 4 Tech 155 Wake Edition that I recently purchased. The ski has been sitting up for several years, so I cleaned the fuel tank out and replaced the fuel pump and filters. No issues with starting and running for the first 5 minutes. After 5 minutes of running flawlessly the ski starts to sputter and won't take any throttle. Idles fine and I am able to continue back to the ramp. I let it sit for a few minutes and ran again for several minutes with no issues??? Does not run hot, and no alarms or codes showing up. Any help would be appreciated!

Does the problem occur after you rev the engine or just let it idle?
Had a similar problem after exceeding 3500 RPM, it went into limp mode.

2005 RXT 215 with a bad tip/roll over valve.

After starting, idles fine. Take off at full throttle runs excellent for approx. 5 minutes then looses power. It will continue to idle fine but won't accept any throttle without spitting and sputtering. Yesterday I continued to idle around and after a few minutes it seems to regain power somewhat for a few seconds???...

P0013/P0014 are MATS circuit codes, I would think the plugs would not be fine, they would look rich. I would try changing plugs anyways, always cheap first step.

This could possibly be limp mode.

My RXT does something similar. I think it could be the battery (it has 4 year). The next week I will buy a new one I test on the weekend.

See my post and videos: No power after few minutes
On the first video you can see that I push throttle but it doesn't has power. On the second video, after a seconds of "good" running, you can see that I lost power and also if I push the throttle it doesn't accelerate.

I've replaced the sparks plugs, coils, voltage regulator, and nothing solved my problem (at the begin of the season, this occur after an hour of ride, the second or third day of ride occur after a 30 minutes and now occur after 10 minutes).

I replaced the resistor and fixed my problem (I thought)! It runs much better now for about 30 minutes and then starts skipping. I may have a fouled plug? I can let it sit for a little while and again will run fine for a while.
