Once the RPMs reach about 6000, there is no more power there to go faster than around 30 mph. I can give it more gas and it will go to around 7000 RPM, but seems like it is "bogging" down and the speed stays the same. Any suggestions on what this could be or where to start looking would greatly be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I would have a look at the condition of the impeller and the wear ring. Make sure there is no more than 1mm clearence between the two. If there is then you should replace both items.

Look through the jet pump at the back of the craft and look for the clearence between the widest point of the impellor blades and the housing (wear ring) that it is sitting in.

Are you getting any cavitation when you are riding the GTX?

It could also be the supercharger - I would check the impellor first though.

We did suck a rock into it and it got stuck in the impellor. We cleared it, but that is when things started not running so well. I looked at the housing and it does look like it wore a ring around the housing where the rock got stuck. There is more than a 1mm clearance, so that is probably it. Is the housing easy to replace? Also, do you know of a replacement housing that is not plastic?

Thanks again for your reply.
