2005 sportster replacing washers what else to do?

05 sporster i am going to be rebuilding my super chjarger with the metal washers. So i am going to need the rebuild kit 08 right? About $300?

Is there anything else i should do when i get it done?

And the last thing is can what can i do performance wise to get a little more outta her?

I have $1000 to play with for parts

if you want some more power replace the sc impeller with a green wheel or rive genII wheel when you rebuild the supercharger. if you do that you will also need to repitch or change the pumps impeller.

Should I also use the RIVA titanium washers and discard the new metal ones that were included in the rebuild kit?


I seen that supercharger wheel RIVA gen2 if I get this what else do I need?
How much stress does this put on my motor?

If I just buy a new impellar do I need to use wedges still?

What impellar and intake grate do you recommend?
