OK so I finally put the boat in the water and it has major engine dramas. First the engine overheat light comes on with a screaming alarm. It has just had work done to the cooling system. So i figured maybe just an air pocket in the cooling. So I ran the engine for a little longer and it went out. I tried to take the boat out for another run. It then developed a massive miss. No alarm at first but then eventually the check engine light came on. Firstly can the plugs bring on the check engine light or does it have to be a faulty sensor? I checked all the connectors looked for broken wires nothing out of the ordinary. Any ideas guys?

Turns out that the exhaust cooling water is leaking and not cooling the exhaust which is then bringing on all the other faults.

steering problem 2005 sportster

HI Guys , I am having similar problem... my 2005 sportster ( one engine) makes a 180 turn to the left no problem but to the right its more of a very wide turn. I had a buddy of mine steer while I looked at the nozzle and it seems like its turning the exact amount in both directions however I did notice that the steering wheel seems to turn a max of 90 degrees to the right but almost double that to the left .... Any ideas.. ?? any help is appreciated .
