2005 Seadoo RXT for parts - Value?

There is a guy locally who is trying to sell a ski to me for parts. It’s a 2005 Seadoo RXT with a locked up engine. No title, and no trailer, so I wouldn’t fix it, but he has all of the parts and has pulled the engine etc. he pulled the head and it all looks fine, so it must be something in the case. Wondering what people think it’s worth? I don’t know how many hours the ski has, but the engine has seen salt water. The supercharger is good. The jet drive needs completely rebuild.

Or is anybody needing any parts if I would buy it from him?
