2005 Sea Doo Utopia 185, cannot turn right at higher speed

I’ve been told that I have to replace the steering cable. Is it just one steering cable? Turning left works perfectly fine. Turning right only works at lower speeds. What does the cable look like? How do I replace? Does anybody have pictures that will help me?
