2005 Islandia Low speed Steering assist problems

My 2005 Islandia low speed steering assist (sensor type) only works in one direction. I can't find it in any of my manuals.
Please help! Thanks.

There should be an adjustment in the helm.

I see the adjustments, I'll try moving it. I Hope that will do the trick, They're both torque striped so I didn't want to mess with it, considering, one direction its working and the other its not working at all. If not its probably an electrical problem.
