2004 challenger 2000 starts and runs that's it

I just recently inherited a 2004 challenger 2000, and it starts and runs like a top but that's it. Nothing else works, no gauges, radio, horn lights nothing. I have read threw other posts and I only have one ground wire hooked to the battery and I can't find any other wire anywhere. Behind the steering column I can see the cluster of ground wires going to a stud connected to the fiberglass. I'm wondering if for some reason someone might have removed the ground wire from that stud going back to the battery. Any help would be appreciated, Thanks in advance I will upload pictures if needed to help further explain

That is the stud I'm thinking needs a wire connecting to the battery to complete the circuit
