I have a sporster with 717s in it and one engine run fine the other strews cutting in and out and then died and would not start again. I have check the filter,fuese,hoses and rebuilt carburetor changed plugs checked compression and for some reason I can,t get the fuel accelerator to pump fuel. I am new to kind of boats. And does and one know how to check to see if the engine is getting oil from the sump. I can smell fuel when trying to start and when I pull the plugs where wet with fuel.anyone have an idea on what to do next.
