So im working on a friend's ski. I believe its a 2003 gti le. The mpem kept popping fuses. I changed the mpem. It popped the main fuse in the rear. Finally got it to turn over it would start for a second and shut off 2 beeps. I unplugged the rectifier it starts and runs no issues. So i replace the rectifier. Same thing starts for a second and dies. Unplug it it runs. This time i noticed sparks coming from the starter area. Found the main ground was loose tightened it bo sparks but still will not run with the rectifier plugged in. Im at my witts end any help would be greatly appreciated.
