Help, I recently purchased the above machine & only get 35mph top end. This is @ 1/2 throttle & no further increase in speed when "pinned". I'm wondering if I have a learner "fob for the ignition & if there is a quick way to check without going to a dealer?

No RPM doesn't increase which leads me to believe I need to have an ignition fob programmed by my local dealer. But before I wnet to this expense I wnated to confirm that my unit should have more top end than 35 mph, especially with so much throttle not being used.
