2003 GTI LE RFI PLUG wire bad / Replace coil or just wire ??

2003 GTI LE RFI , Found the boot at Sparkplug completely off of the Wire from the coild . Can I buy just a replacement wire or is it Manufactured to be a part of the coil pack. Doesn't seem to want to come off from the coil unless the is a trick

Just put 2 new Plug ends on , fixed that still no start just 2 then 4 beeps
