I have a 2002 Utopia. I have owned it for a few months and had been taking it out every weekend and some during the week. I did not use it for about 3 weeks, and when I took it out, the top speed was about 42, when it had been about 52 before. Sounds like it is running fine. It was new gas and oil when I took it out. I don't know for sure, but it kind of seems like the throttle lever doesn't go down as far as it did, not sure though, could just be in my head that it went down further. Any ideas would be great. The engine is the Mercury 6 efi, 2 cycle, 240hp.
