2002 RX Rave Valve

Hey guys, I am new to the site. I just picked up 2 02 RX's with 20 hours on them. These machines have been in storage for the last 4 years. Before I fired one up I check the compression which was good (135-140). Then after firing it up and taking it for a quick run I brought it back home and checked the rave valves and cleaned them but it seemed that there was milky oil over them. Is that normal?

Any help would be appreciated.
