Just bought a 2002 GTI and not sure what the previous owner used for oil.

Anyone have any thoughts on adding the AMSOIL Synthetic MARINE, INJECTOR, or INTERCEPTOR 2-stroke oil?

Which is best? The Marine says TC-W3 but also API-TC applications on the back.

Thanks
Murray

You can't mix different brands of oil so your best bet is to drain the tank, blow out the lines, change the oil filter and bleed the oil pump.

THere is no such thing as a dual rated oil so if it says TCW-3 anywhere on the bottle don't use it. You can get the seadoo XPS full synthetic from procaliber for $36 a gallon and free shipping on orders over $99. The Amsoil Interceptor is ok too.

THanks for your help. Just found out it was the xps2 synthetic.

Cheers
