i am going to swap around the coils to check spark drop. Next week. Lets see what happens.

2001 seadoo challenger 240 efi

It did fixed itself since last year ., i dont know what was the problem . It runs good now and starts up quick !!! , BUT the problem now is that Smokes a lot when idle and also in slow/low speed. Also sometime when i take slowly the rev limiter kicks in and starts limiting.I have to bring the throttle down quick and bring it back up and take off a little bit faster. . What could be the problem?

Smoke is normal on a 2-stroke. But check the pump alignment. At idle... there is a mark on the pump arm, that should be in line with the pump body.

The jumping up to the rev-limiter is cavitation. There could be something stuck in the pump... but there could be damage also. (beat up impeller or ripped up wear ring)

Brand new impeller and wear ring also. Nothing stuck everything looks good . The pump mark looks good also.The smoke smells more like raw fuel not 2cylcle oil.

brand new original mercury head temp. sensor and brand new TPS from mercury.
