I have a twin jet challenger sports boat, Just had one of the motors rebuilt by a local seadoo dealer, but now it is having problems.

It breaks down under load and wont rev, the red oil level light is flickering and when I give it some revs it goes soild red then the motor dies. Its full of oil and the other motor works well, i have spent a bit of time searching the forum and from what i can assitain it would be a faulty oil sensor am I right.

well put it this way
faulty oil sensors do not make engines not rev up under load correctly
you obviously have another problem
if this is the engine that was "just rebuild by a sea doo dealer "
guess you should take it back to them

Yep!.......

:agree: The oil light is only there to tell you that your oil tank is getting low on oil, that you need to fill it up. It has nothing to do with the operation of the motor.............
