Wow, bummer....
Bummer to do all that work and have a problem with the fuel injectors. I'll assume you had no problems with the RFI before you pulled the motor. There are a couple things.
Have you checked for spark at a plug? You say you know you have fuel to the rail, do you hear the fuel pump come on when you connect the lanyard? I think it's suppose to run either till the system is pumped up or for 2 seconds.
Have you checked all your fuses? Did you leave the electrical system connected at anytime in which you were doing electrical work? This can short the system.
The RFI is controlled by the ECU (electronic contorl unit) which is a Bosch product. There are 5 sensors the ECU gets info from to know how to operate them. The TPS (trottle position sensor) the CPS (crankshaft position sensor), the ATS (air temp sensor) the WTS (water temp sensor) and the APS (air pressure sensor). These sensors need to work for the ECU to work the injectors. If one of them is bad, there should be a code.
There isn't a lot you can do as far as trouble shooting, with the exception of checking the couple things I stated above. If you can't wiggle a wire or find a blown fuse or any other problem, it may need to go to the shop. But if there isnt' a code being thrown, I don't think they'll know much either. Then, want to keep it there forever to take all your money...
Good luck, let us know what you find out...............
