I am trying to talk my parents into getting the 2000 XP or XPL
Does anyone have any experience with these and are they reliable?

Thanks,
Jake

P.S. Hello

the first question i have are what is the motor size as for as the 787cc, 717cc, 951cc. I'm going to say the more power the better. The bigger ski will also be a little bit more stable as far as when you get thrown off it will be easier the get back on. but deffentally get back on engine size i know the 787 isn't much of a whip went taking on the 951. They will both give you a thrill.

The 2000 XP (also referred to as an XPL) has a 951 and you will have a lot of fun on it. Because of the shock absorber seat, the XPL is trickier to board in rough water.

I'm not so sure how hard it would be to get back on because I'm only about 110 pounds. how much is a good price for a 2000 or 2001.
I found a pair of 2000's with trailer for 5,900. The only problem is that they are 9 or 10 hours away.
I still find it amazing that the 2008 seadoos, new, are about 10,000
and the 9 year old seadoos are still around 4-5000

Thanks,
Jake
P.S. Chester, I have that picture in poster form on my wall haha

i would say some where around 3-4 thousand i mean you can always check nada or kelly blue book for a better estimate. And for that price they should include the trailer. Hope it helps
