It has been sitting for at least a year, only has 50 hours but had water in the cyl. turned it over to pump out water, lubed it put in new plugs and fresh gas, took it out and it throttled up the first time i gunned it but then it would only run to around 2500 rpm. the more i ran it it finally got up to 3400 which is where it should really take off. it bogs if you throttle it all the way but runs around at 3400 pretty good. no strange beeps or maint signals.
