1999 speedster sk Right engine no start

Hi Guys, new to the forum, I just purchased a 1999 speedster sk a few days ago. Very excited to get on water. The seller said that everything worked perfectly and was out on the water the day before I purchased. I am having a problem starting the right side engine . I have ensured a full charge of battery.

I first turned power switch on , put the lanyard(key) on ( no beeps but hear a click from engine bay. boat is in neutral . Left side engine fires up immediately but right engine just has a click . It won't turn over . Any suggestions?

I've Read a bunch of posts about the starter relay solenoid And trying to jump with a screwdriver. I have the twin Rotax. If portside engine starts would that mean I have 2 starters?

Can someone confirm the location of this solenoid for the starboard motor?

I ordered a solenoid on amazon just in case last night.

Could someone point me in the direction of where the solenoid is?
Is it in that box with the two red and 2 black wires are in for the spark plugs
