1998 xp limited, Problems. need help

I bought this pwc about 1 month ago and finally had a chance to take it out. I ran for about 1 hour pretty well, then it would die while going full speed by the end of the day I had to have it towed in. When I got home I checked the Carbs, cleaned out the small internal fuel filters (weren't bad) and the line filter. After putting it back together and then when I tried to start it hardy any fuel move. The external fuel filter only filled up about 1/4 of an inch. The ski has a lot of spark. Any ideas, how can I get the gas flowing?

When you take the carbs apart you lose all the fuel that been built up and pressurized in the system. Make sure you don't have gray fuel lines and clean the selector valve real good. Pull your plugs turn it over a few times, put them back in and your primed up ready to go.
