1998 speedster spark

hey guys I have a 1998 seadoo speedster I pulled it of of storage for the winter put the battery in and tried to fire it up but I have no spark even with the spark tester.checked the fuses and there all fine. tried upluging and plugging the mpem in no luck any ideas? there no spark in either engine but still getting 2 beeps when I plug it in and everything else works.

everything hooked up to the battery? All the grounds?

I think so I have had it for 4 years and never had this problem after I pulled it out. I have dropped it off now I will post what the problem is when I find out.
