Hi I just purchased a 1998 seadoo challenger 1800 the previous owner told me 2 years ago at the lake one motor died and wouldn't start back up

So I started working on it and the starboard motor has no spark

I checked the trigger coil ohms 226k

Tested stator voltage and is good

Swapped start stop and no change

Hooked volt meter to white wire that goes to coil and no voltage when cranking

Any help would be appreciated

-check 5 amp fuse in mpem
-check all grounds and clean
-it is a well known issue that the mpem can fry the diode that controls the spark. some have tried to replace the diode with varied success, this requires locating the diode, digging out the potting, and soldering in a new diode....others have taken the entire electronic system from a 787 jetski and have two separate systems controlling two engines.
-can you bring the signal from the functioning engine over to the "no spark" engine to diagnose/confirm?

i am just wondering if it is as simple as switching the main plugs that go into the mpem? there are two large plugs....does each one control each engine....if so, just switch them. maybe someone else can confirm.
