Well after hours and hours of building, Taking apart, rebuilding, and taking apart again and waiting for a pickup coil, and then rebuilding again

Then realising the starter Bendix was knackered and having to take the exhaust, cover and flywheel off again to fit new., then after I put the cover back on and started fitting the exhaust realised the plastic oil pump drive had fallen off, then had to take it all off again.

Then it would turn over once and the bendix would kick out and not turn over motor, so was panicing that i'd have to change out the flywheel.

Turned out to be the battery not gutsy enough, new battery and after 3 years in bits it's running again, very smokey to start with, but alive.

I've had it a few months but spent ages on a project I knew nothing about, so now I just have to finish assembling it, clean it up and then work out how the bloody hell I get it in and out of the water by myself.

I'm gonna need some help there.
