I have read that the speedsters have two fittings on each engine. The only one I can locate is the one under the protective cover behind the motors. Help please!

The only grease fittings in the seadoo boats are on the PTO. All you need is one pump a year (typically) in each one. It's just to keep the splines lubed.

All other lube points are oil, or manual service.

FYI... Because of the location, any grease is ok. But a water proof, marine grease is recommended. I personally use "Green Grease."

Ok, so I don't need to buy the Seadoo XPS grease for any reason?

Just to add. The service manual maintenance schedule calls for for those fittings to be greased ever 10 hours of operation. This is the the shortest of all the maintenance schedules. So I would think that Seadoo thought that this was a pretty important item. So I myself keep to that.
As for the grease. The manual say "Synthetic Grease". But I bought a tube of XPS on Ebay for something like $12. So why not. I also picked up a dedicated grease gun at Manards for about the same price. I figure this will most likely last the life of me owning the boat.
Take Care.
