Alright guys and gals i have yet another problem with my challenger 1800. I managed to break my oil line fitting that goes from the oil tank to the block. The line is good but the fitting that goes in the block is ****ed. Does anyone have a part number or link to buy one because the shop manual doesnt list the part from what i can see.

Is it Item# 20? 420922242 or 290922242

Those are thin aluminum. They don't take much pressure to crack. SO... be very carful putting in the new one.

Clean the block of all oil, and then use a paste thread sealer when putting in the new fitting.

they are sold int he aftermarket also for like under $10 a piece. I forgot how much I paid for 2 of them but is wasn't that much.

what do you mean clean the block of all oil

Kill the oil injectors and just mix oil with Gas, you'll never have to worry about the oil injection systems again.

The line he broke had nothing to do with the injection. It's to lube the rotary shaft.
