Hello All,

We're about to close up our 97' GTX after a complete teardown. We opted to completely gut the cases, hot tank the entire engine, gunk it, media blast all aluminum parts & then alodine everything not steel. Now that it's going back together with a 1.0mm oversize Wiseco kit (and we still need to radius the Rave valves for .20" clearance), I'd like make sure that jetting will not be a problem. As far as I am aware this doo is jetted in the stock configuration and it has a block off plate while using premix.

After much "googling" & searching the forums I've not yet been able to locate the various jetting sizes that would be used in a 787 at sea level (San Diego). I think I read a combination of 60/142 but I'm not certain that would apply to a 787. Would anyone have this info? I have the manual but don't recall seeing the jetting detailed. Ultimately I'd like to go a little richer than factory SL settings, and perhaps on step richer on the back cylinder.

Also, if this boat is using a block off plate, is there some connection that needs to be retained to oil the rotary valve assy?

Thanks for any help...
