My 97 GSI runs great and starts up every time but after testing the compression it came back as 120 psi. It only has 60 hours on it so I’m wondering what I should think about this and if I should think about selling to buy another one or keeping and trying to fix.

Either your comression gauge is off,,or,,,the gauge is off,,if it starts great,,,and runs great,,,then,,,i don't understand the issue?

For peace of mind you could rent another gauge to confirm your findings. Most auto parts stores have these tools to rent for free. 120 psi is the lower limit for compression before a rebuild is indicated.

If I were in this position I'd test again with another gauge, if it's equal or better results run it til it begins to fail then rebuild the top end (either pay a pro or DIY).

Will definitely double check with another tester. Both came back the exact same so I figured my gauge is fine but always will take a second reading to be sure.
