Not sure what looking at everything means. :) Did you check supply power going to the speedometer? You can check that under the front compartment (no disassembly required) You'll need a wiring diagram to be able to troubleshoot effectively. Check the plugs for corrosion. You might have to remove the gauges to troubleshoot. Be careful not to break any of the brittle plastic pieces. Be extra gentle. Good Luck !

There’s no start either so I’m not forsure

I think I would unplug the mag harness and make sure the pins are OK. Test the DESS Post. You description leads me to believe your system is not fully powering up. It could be from a corroded plug or a corroded wire that will not carry sufficient amperage to do the work. Verifying that the batter is delievering the proper power is essential. It is best to have a functioning beeper as the tell you so much about what is going on. I'd download a manual and print out the wiring diagram ans begin verifying. Good Luck !!

how do I test the dess post? And I’m not for sure if the beepers bad or it’s because of the issue I just bought it and have no clue thanks,

A good key is a good key. If you replace the computer you'll need to have it reprogrammed but you shouldn't have to worry about that.
Pull out the multi meter an a wiring diagram. Start checkin. :D The adventure begins. LOL Good Luck !!

Ok so yesterday I check all grounds all plugs they seem good beside some old electrical grease, the dess tested good, all wires to the gaugues are plugged in and good I checked all wires going to the mpem and there good is it the mpem going bad? I looked at it and it has had a new one put on in 2010 I’m stumped ,thanks

If you haven't yet, you need to check the power going to the gauges. You'll need the wiring diagram. If your system is like mine and it should be, the purple/stripe and black wires feed the speedometer first then come out and go to the info gauge. If you don't have voltage to the speedometer then you have to figure out why. Your info gauge may also need 12v to the red wire on the info gauge in order to get it working. Good Luck!

But it’s got no start no power at all so is it all the same issues or different ones when I put the key in the timer relay clicks no beep and I hit the start button and the same relay clicks I have replaced that relay and it still does the same

Pull out the box in the front and check the yellow with red tracer to make sure it's working from the bars.make sure you have power on the time out relay.is it a OEM replacement mpem?make sure the red with purple stripe is on the battery side of starter solenoid.run a different ground from battery to engine block.a temp alligator clip one is fine for testing purposes
