1996 gtx won't start won't crank won't click

Hi guys, just replaced the starter and spark plugs and all I get is 2 red lights on the display when I push the start button. Any ideas before I bring it to the local repair guy

You might have in-correct cable wires connection on wrong lugs of the starter relay. Check the ground(s)

Check your fuse by the coil.

Jump the solenoid. If it cranks that will tell you that the battery, cables, cable connections and the starter are good.

If it cranks then we need to start looking at components and Circuits.
