So I'm brand new to jet skis. I just bought this 95 seadoo sp and cant get it to start. I have hooked it up to a battery charger directly with no battery, made sure the safety button is pushed in and tried to start it. The starter doesn't even make a noise. No noise at all. Is the starter broke? Does it have to have a battery to even start since i was using a charger directly ? I know the motor isn't locked up cuz it will spin over if i twist the shaft. Am I overlooking some wiring? There was some water in the engine compartment when i started to work on it. So any ideas that might would be great...Thanks for your time
