I have a GTX 1995 seadoo ski, I am having problems with The stud snapping on the Pipe assembly manifold and the other 3 bolts coming loose causing the ski to try and sink itself...
Please if someone can help i would be most grateful.

lock-tite

hey ian..
with the 3 or 4 bolts, back in the manifold, grab the pipe and try lifting up, if it moves, then you have issues with the motor mounts, also reach under the caeb area, and lift from that side as well. If mounts are good, then, think'n, you just need loct-tite to secure them in there. Motor puts out some vibration, so, if the bolts aint loct-tite or torqed, they will "back out"..

Broken bolts

The most common reason for broken exhaust pipe bolts and stud is the bushing/s that are down lower on the pipe at the side of the engine.
If these bushings are worn it will allow excessive vibration and eventually break the bolts that are at the top of the pipe.

Thanks for that timmyboy and Dawg.

I was thinking they may be the culprit as there is a reasonable amount of movement.
Are the engine mounts a hard job to do?? I will need to do the other mounts as well as there is movement their too.

Cheers
Ian
