1994 GTX carb settings

Need a bit of advice again. Just got my '94 GTX running again. Seadoosource recommends carb settings at LOW- 1-1/4 HIGH- 3/8, however, It appears that a few other sources recommend LOW- 1-1/4 HIGH-0. Which is best? Any advice greatly appreciated.

The manual says 0 turns out for the high speed screw. Low is also 1 1/4
