1994 GTX 657 plug reading

Hello all,
Need a bit of help regarding correct plug appearance. Both plugs are a bit dark and wet after running engine. PTO side a bit more than MAG side. Also appears PTO side a bit rich. Assuming I need to tweak high speed, and, possibly, low speed adjustments until plugs look brownish and dry. Any help greatly appreciated.

Looks rich but better than being lean if it runs fine. Carb screws should be set to the book specs.
