Hey guys, I'm in the process of purchasing an old sea doo jetski. Everything was great when I took it out. Later on we made a deal, and we agreed he would install a new wear ring if he got to use it one more weekend with family. He installed the ring and we he took it out yesterday he said there was major power loss and he can't figure out what's causing it. Anyone have ideas? He's going to check cylinder pressure today. Please let me know! Thank you!

1992 Seadoo gtx sudden power loss.

There are many veriables when a power loss occures. Best to look at last thing worked on, then the regular normal maintenance inspections, and do not ride it until this is solved. Determine if you can, mechanical, electrical, or a fuel system issue. Try to post the exact symptoms and observations here. Grey Tempo fuel lines-water separator cup-oil-drive freely rotates ect.
