I have a 90 SP that the fuel lines appear to be factory and are black rubber in appearance. Can these break down similar to the grey ones? Going to do a carb rebuild due to seeing guck in main filter and occassional power loss and need to know if I should do more than just carb and clean fuel selector valve. THX!!!

yah,...I'd replace them, 10-15buks most at auto parts store..1/4in fuel line/hose.
If actual rebuilding carb, and not just clean'n, then after done, make sure the float-arm needle is level w/ carb inner body...
