1990 587 Fuel Lines

ANYBODY WITH KNOWLEDGE OF THE FUEL LINES , AND WHERE THEY GO FROM THE CARB WOULD BE GREAT , GOT MINE ALL APART & PUT IT TOGETHER , ALL LINES WERE CUT ONLINE MANUAL ONLY SHOWS 2 FROM THE CARB BUT MY CARB HAS 3 NIPPLES ,1 IS THE FEED FROM PUMP,2 IS THE RETURN TO TANK ,3RD I HAVE NO IDEA
1 MORE THING THE PUMP LINES GO TO THE CARB & LOWER NIPPLE ON BLOCK IS THIS RIGHT THANX NATE
MAYBE SEND ME A DIAGRAM IN HAND DRAWN FORM

The third port is the pulse - it will not contain fuel. It connects from the carb to the block.

Thanx But Still Confused About Fuelpump Lines In The Diagram ,it Has A Line Going To The Block, And 1 To The Carb,and A Return Line From Carb To Tank

Okay, I put this diagram together just for you.....and also intend to use it for other members as well! See if this helps. Logic still applies for single carb set up.

dirt has old single carb. diagram doesn't help much. ok dirt, on my 93 580 single carb-should be the same as your 90- there are 2 fittings stacked one on to-p of other. the bottom one is fuel in. the top one is fuel return. the third fitting, about halfway between in height and inboard about 3/4 inch is the pulse line. this goes to fitting on block if front (possibly behind) of the carbs. there are 2 places they could take crankcase pulse from. 99% use the front cyl for pulse.
