I have a 08 RXP I recently purchased. It had sat for about a year. I bought a battery for it and when I put the lanyard on I get the normal 2 beeps then one long beep after. Not sure what that’s about but when I go to start it, the rpm gauge only reads 60rpm which I think is slow and it sounds like it is too. It will not start. I also put new plugs in it too. Wondering if anyone can point me in some direction
