I think it looks fine.
Have you tried another rectifier? That is by far the biggest issue of the DI motor and just because the voltage looks good doesn't mean it's not the problem. I have seen bad rectifiers do lots of weird things, including falling flat on its face when it revs up. A bad rectifier can trigger a number of codes including limp mode. They fail so often that I tell most DI people to keep a spare. I can lend you one to test if you like, text me.
I've had the best luck using 4tec regulators, just swap the connectors. The cheap ebay aftermarket ones typically last anywhere from 10 seconds to a few hours so don't waste your money.
