How do I pull my Radio out. or at least get to the back of it? Do I pull the top schroud off first?

You can access the back of the radio by removing the bow seat back cushion.

You pull up on the cushion at the large part, as it's has a couple aluminum "L" brackets that hold it in. The small end of the cushion has a plastic push pin, just hinge the cushion back at the small part.
