01 GTX RFI jet pump leak

I noticed some white watery fluid leaking from jet pump. Took off jet pump, bearings looked OK, I just replaced water seal. Took it out again and white fluid comes out of impeller cone plug only. I replaced oil and tried to seal plug with silicon & pipe sealant. Took out again and have the same leak at same spot. Do I have to replace cone? Any ideas.

most likely, didnt understand the importance of leak-down on cone assy, until this thread...(possible crack, that aint visible)???
