Here’s internal strainer. Fuel was also super dirty

I’ve resolved the 1 long beep. I just get the 2 chirps now. Going to try some new fuel in the tank and hope for better results. Also got the exhaust one

Update

This is testing air pressure from compressor. Next up is a dead head test
If you don't mind taking a picture if your testing apparatus I'd like to see what your set up. I don't quite understand why you're not getting 80 pounds of air pressure from the air pump check. Injectors should be closed and the air pressure regulator should keep the pressure at the set pressure. I've never performed the test so I'm just surmising what I think should happen. LOL Hope it all works out for you.

It’s just a T between the air compressor hose and actual rail. Saw a video on YouTube and contacted the guy and he made me one

Here's the link to the video

Ran a dead head test. Compressor eventually got to 80 but took a bit. Didn’t really get past that
Found your problem. It needs to get well past 80. I recall mine was over 100 dead head. There is a gasket and an o-ring on the air compressor head. Reeds could be another issue, or the cylinder itself. The way the DI system works... no air pressure = no fuel pressure.

Why run a dead head test? Seems that would be a little dangerous if not done properly. If I'm getting 80psi, I'm good.

I definitely have the gasket there, only o-ring I know of is under the piston sleeve? I cleaned the Reeds and even replaced a petal (those things are expensive!) I'm going to run direct air to line and see if that cures my problem.

Not gonna lie, was pretty sketchy lol. I was told by guy I got the tool from, if I got 80 compressor is fine? Well at least the piston. He has another video where he tests the compressor piston to verify if it's good or not.

I ordered the fuel and air pressure testors from him so GREAT JOB on finding the video. Much appreciated !! We swapped a few emails. He does cranks, cylinder boring, and he said he is building a stroker motor this summer. He really likes the DI so he could be a good resource. Thanks Again !!!
