It runs and starts just fine. Neither the Handlebar kill switch or tether will shut it off. I know I can choke it to kill it but thats not so safe. I checked both kill switches and they are both working like they should so im not sure whats causing it. If anyone has any ideas please let me...

I have a 89 sp that I am working on. The problem is it wont shut off with the tether or the handlebar switch. I have looked thru all the wiring and everything looks right, I have checked grounds and cant find anything, Please help. Let me know what you think.
